I was late for my appointment but they still accommodated me. I also forgot to bring my wheel locks so they were unable to do the tire rotation but that was my fault. She also provided a discount and was quick to let me know that if I find a better tire price they would match it. I had my son with me and they had the van and paperwork ready for me when I arrived.
